Q1: Are all 11 greenhouses supplied with the same polycarbonate thickness?

No. Panel thickness varies by greenhouse model. Several standard models use 4 mm twin-wall polycarbonate, while AS220, AS290W4 and AS370-2 currently use 6 mm panels. AS440-2C is currently specified with 4 mm panels. Selected Luxury models can also be checked with thicker 6 mm, 8 mm or 10 mm panel options. The exact panel specification is confirmed against the selected model before quotation.

Q2: What is the difference between a 4 mm and 6 mm greenhouse?

Panel thickness is only one part of the comparison. Buyers should also check greenhouse size, panel construction, aluminum profile, steel base, bracing, number of vents, door configuration and target retail position. We do not recommend selecting a greenhouse only by the stated panel thickness.

Q3: Which models are available in an 8 ft width?

Several models use an approximately 8 ft width, including Premium, HighLine, Basic, Pent-Roof and Arch-Roof ranges. The Premium series currently includes 8 × 8 ft, 10 × 8 ft, 12 × 8 ft and 14 × 8 ft configurations.

Q4: Which models are more suitable if shipping volume is important?

The answer depends on both greenhouse dimensions and how the frame and panels are divided into cartons. The current Premium packing reference ranges from about 0.33 m³ per set for AS220 to about 0.48 m³ for AS440-2C. If you provide the planned quantity and destination market, model size can be compared together with container loading.

Q5: Are roof vents included?

Many models include roof or ventilation windows, but the quantity and structure vary. AS220 currently uses 2 roof vents, while AS290W4, AS370-2 and AS440-2C use 4 roof vents. HighLine models can also be checked with automatic roof ventilation.

Q6: Are the steel base and ground anchors included?

They are included on many larger greenhouse structures, including the quoted Premium models, but the exact base and anchoring arrangement depends on the selected greenhouse. The final quotation should list the included base, anchors and bracing components.

Q7: Can we choose between sliding and hinged doors?

Different door structures are available across the range. Depending on the greenhouse, options include single sliding doors, double sliding doors, hinged doors and larger double-door structures. Door type should be confirmed against the selected model because it is not interchangeable on every greenhouse.

Q8: Can the greenhouse color be customized?

Green and black are current standard quoted colors for selected Premium greenhouse models. Other colors can be checked, but special finishes may require a different MOQ and price.

Q9: Can we use our own packaging?

Special packaging can be reviewed. The current standard is export brown carton packing. Color labels or retail packaging can be added according to the project, while special packing requirements need to be quoted separately.

Q10: Can different greenhouse models be combined in one order?

Mixed-model orders can be reviewed. The practical combination depends on MOQ by model, frame color, packaging requirements and total shipping volume. For mixed containers, carton dimensions and estimated loading quantities can be checked before the order is finalized.

Q11: Do you provide wind or structural resistance reports?

Resistance information can be checked for selected greenhouse models. A formal resistance test report is not included in the current standard quotation. If a retailer, market or project requires a specific wind, snow-load or structural resistance report, the required standard should be provided before ordering so availability and additional testing cost can be confirmed.

Q12: Which greenhouse should I choose for a retail range?

A practical range usually starts with more than one size position: City for compact spaces; Hobby, Hobbyist, Classic or Crystal for standard 6 ft products; Basic or Premium for standard 8 ft products; HighLine for more internal height; Arch-Roof or Pent-Roof for a different roof profile; and Luxury for larger-format ranges. Final selection should also consider target retail price, carton size, local climate expectations and sales channel.
