How It All Started: Our Journey from a Small Garden Store to a Global Sourcing Platform

Humble Beginnings

Back in 2011, I opened a small garden tool shop — just 15 square meters in size. It was a tiny store packed with all kinds of garden items. Because it was difficult to predict which product would become a bestseller, I always had to purchase a wide variety of items in small quantities.

For most categories, I only stocked five sets per type, and for items that came in different colors, I usually bought just one or two of each color. This way, I could avoid overstocking and reduce the risk of unsold inventory piling up in my limited space.

But this approach had its downsides. I had to visit multiple wholesalers just to gather small quantities from each of them. This not only increased my procurement costs but also left me with very little profit margin.

The Problem with the Local Supply Chain

Another challenge I faced was that most wholesalers in the same region carried very similar products. It was extremely difficult to find something unique, differentiated, or competitive.
As a result, I often found myself caught in price wars — selling the same items as everyone else, but with lower and lower margins.

It was during this time that I realized: if I, as a small shop owner, struggled this much with sourcing, then international buyers — especially those sourcing from overseas — must face even greater challenges.

That’s why I started this company — not just to do business, but to make life easier for global garden lovers and buyers. And over the years, we’ve truly lived up to that goal.

We’ve helped clients from different countries source better garden tools more efficiently, with less hassle and better support.

We used to rely mostly on trade shows, word of mouth, and industry referrals.
But now, with the launch of our official website and social media presence, we can introduce our products, new arrivals, and sourcing solutions to customers in a more streamlined, accessible, and transparent way.
